冷再生機(jī)出租為保證路床厚度范圍內(nèi)的CBR值和壓實度達(dá)到規(guī)范要求，全線路床上部36cm厚采用6%水泥土處理。針對低填淺挖路基，當(dāng)路基填方高度或挖方深度≤155cm時，路床下部44cm厚換填4%的水泥土處理，路床上部36cm厚換填6%水泥土處理。

1、冷再生施工租賃場地準(zhǔn)備一定必須通過審查簽證；需要進(jìn)行地基處理的基底一定完成各項處理，并滿足地基處理的要求。

人員、機(jī)械設(shè)備應(yīng)根據(jù)施工方案組合工期要求進(jìn)行合理的配置。路堤填筑區(qū)為一個完整的作業(yè)區(qū)，每個作業(yè)區(qū)人員配置：施工隊長1名，領(lǐng)工員2名，指揮卸土位置人員2名，測量及試驗檢測人員4～6人，其他機(jī)械工、普工20～30人。

根據(jù)施工需要，每個作業(yè)面配備反鏟挖掘機(jī)一臺、宣化-140推土機(jī)一臺、YZ-22振動壓路機(jī)兩臺、天工-160平地機(jī)一臺，徐工-230灰土拌和機(jī)，自卸運(yùn)輸車6輛，撒水車一臺備用。當(dāng)運(yùn)距較遠(yuǎn)時，自卸車的數(shù)量可適當(dāng)增加。
