就地冷再生(ColdIn-p1aceRecycling)技術,是指采用專用就地冷再生設備,對瀝青路面進行現(xiàn)場冷銑刨、破碎,加入一定量新集料(必要時)、再生結(jié)合料(乳化瀝青、泡沫瀝青等)、活性填料(水泥、石灰等)和水,在常溫下拌和、整平、碾壓,一次性實現(xiàn)舊瀝青路面再生的技術。

就地冷再生機,就是對應就地冷再生技術的專用現(xiàn)場冷再生設備,通常為大功率自行式移動設備,除了配備有行走總成、再生層(包括瀝青層或穩(wěn)定層)物料銑刨、再生料粒徑控制、銑刨深度控制等基本功能的機械結(jié)構和控制單元外,設備上會根據(jù)再生結(jié)合料的不同,裝配有專用再生結(jié)合料系統(tǒng),這個系統(tǒng)根據(jù)再生結(jié)合料特性可實現(xiàn)再生結(jié)合料發(fā)生、輸送及配合比例控制等功能。目前,根據(jù)再生結(jié)合料的不同,就地冷再生機可分為水泥就地冷再生機和瀝青就地冷再生機。

就地冷再生技術適用條件
Applicable conditions for on-site cold regeneration technology
就地冷再生技術總的來說可分為瀝青路面面層冷再生技術和全深度再生(即深層復拌冷再生)技術兩大類。對于瀝青面層就地冷再生技術,路面維護保養(yǎng)適用的路面厚度約為6~13mm。下面三種情況都適用:
In general, on-site cold recycling technology can be divided into two categories: cold recycling technology for asphalt pavement surface layer and full depth recycling (i.e. deep mixing cold recycling) technology. For the on-site cold regeneration technology of asphalt pavement, the applicable pavement thickness for maintenance and upkeep is about 6-13mm. The following three situations apply:
1)由于路面老化、高溫損害、疲勞和反射裂紋所造成的路面裂紋。
1) Road surface cracks caused by aging, high-temperature damage, fatigue, and reflective cracks.
2)由于混合料的不穩(wěn)定性、擠壓和粗糙的材料使路面形成車轍所造成的路面變形。
2) The deformation of the road surface caused by rutting due to the instability, compression, and rough materials of the mixture.
3)由于斷裂、瀝青泛油以及層面之間的粘接力降低所造成的路面完整性破損。全深度就地冷再生技術的適用條件是道路穩(wěn)定層的再生改造工程。
3) The damage to the integrity of the road surface caused by fractures, asphalt flashing, and reduced adhesion between layers. The applicable condition of the full depth on-site cold regeneration technology is the regeneration and renovation project of the road stability layer.
與瀝青面層就地冷再生相比,全深度再生就地冷再生技術的主要特點是能夠適應道路深層的再生改造要求,對路面基層進行再生處理時,拌和深度范圍一般為10~20cm,處理土基穩(wěn)定層時,拌和深度可達35~40cm。
Compared with in situ cold regeneration of asphalt pavement, the main feature of the full depth regeneration in situ cold regeneration technology is that it can adapt to the requirements of deep road regeneration and renovation. When regenerating the pavement base, the mixing depth range is generally 10-20cm, and when treating the soil foundation stable layer, the mixing depth can reach 35-40cm.
