The mechanical vibratory roller is often unable to operate due to the failure of the driving system in the compaction operation. Our company has many years of working experience and many roller models. On the basis of continuous research, we have summarized a lot of practical experience. The vibration system fault of vibratory roller will affect the working process. Today, I will briefly analyze the diagnosis method for this problem, so as to eliminate the fault quickly.

在排除電氣故障后，檢查振動(dòng)馬達(dá)與振動(dòng)軸的彈性聯(lián)軸器和振動(dòng)軸內(nèi)潤(rùn)滑油的狀況。潤(rùn)滑油過(guò)多會(huì)使振頻上不去，一般是因馬達(dá)組合油封損壞向軸內(nèi)漏油所致。如果振動(dòng)軸花鍵套磨損嚴(yán)重，也會(huì)導(dǎo)致失振故障，此時(shí)應(yīng)對(duì)補(bǔ)油壓力、系統(tǒng)工作壓力進(jìn)行檢測(cè)，從而做出診斷。

After removing the electrical fault, check the elastic coupling between the vibration motor and the vibration shaft and the condition of the lubricating oil in the vibration shaft. Too much lubricating oil will make the vibration frequency unable to go up, which is generally caused by the oil leakage into the shaft due to the damage of the motor combined oil seal. If the spline sleeve of the vibrating shaft is seriously worn, it will also lead to vibration loss fault. At this time, the oil make-up pressure and system working pressure shall be detected to make diagnosis.

檢查油泵泄漏量、機(jī)械摩擦力大小、傳輸管道的泄漏和堵塞，調(diào)節(jié)閥的調(diào)定壓力和流量正確與否，查明后，應(yīng)對(duì)癥排除。

Check the oil pump leakage, mechanical friction, leakage and blockage of transmission pipeline, and whether the set pressure and flow of regulating valve are correct. After finding out, the symptoms shall be eliminated.

另外，再檢查液壓馬達(dá)的本身的容積效率，機(jī)械摩擦阻力和背壓力。

In addition, check the volumetric efficiency, mechanical friction resistance and back pressure of the hydraulic motor.

如果液壓馬達(dá)因磨損或密封件密封不良而泄漏量加大，或機(jī)械摩擦阻力過(guò)大，則多是液壓馬達(dá)轉(zhuǎn)速低、轉(zhuǎn)矩小的原因所在，應(yīng)進(jìn)而查明并對(duì)癥排除。

If the leakage of the hydraulic motor increases due to wear or poor sealing of seals, or the mechanical friction resistance is too large, it is mostly the reason for the low speed and torque of the hydraulic motor, which should be found out and eliminated.

由于機(jī)器的前后振動(dòng)系統(tǒng)既獨(dú)立又相互聯(lián)系（共用補(bǔ)油泵），所以可應(yīng)用"元件置換法"進(jìn)行診斷。比如，有一輪振頻低時(shí)，可將前、后兩馬達(dá)的管路互換，若故障已轉(zhuǎn)移，則表明故障是在泵上，否則是馬達(dá)有故障。同樣，對(duì)用于變頻操作的排量控制閥也可采用同樣的"互換法"作診斷。

Since the front and rear vibration systems of the machine are independent and interrelated (share the make-up oil pump), the "element replacement method" can be used for diagnosis. For example, when the vibration frequency of one wheel is low, the pipelines of the front and rear motors can be exchanged. If the fault has been transferred, it indicates that the fault is on the pump, otherwise the motor is faulty. Similarly, the same "interchange method" can also be used for diagnosis of displacement control valves used for frequency conversion operation.

振動(dòng)主油路的啟振初始?jí)毫蛇_(dá)32MPa,其連續(xù)工作壓力大振輻時(shí)可達(dá)20MPa,小振幅時(shí)約為12MPa.當(dāng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)在額定轉(zhuǎn)速下其連續(xù)工作壓力大大高于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值時(shí)，則應(yīng)檢查振動(dòng)軸的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活性，即用專用工具旋轉(zhuǎn)振動(dòng)軸，使偏心塊處在高位后再釋放，此時(shí)振動(dòng)軸應(yīng)能擺動(dòng)幾次，若感覺阻力大，則應(yīng)更換振動(dòng)軸軸承。

At this time, the vibration shaft should be able to swing several times, If the resistance is large, replace the vibration shaft bearing.
