冷再生機出租為保證路床厚度范圍內(nèi)的CBR值和壓實度達到規(guī)范要求，全線路床上部36cm厚采用6%水泥土處理。針對低填淺挖路基，當路基填方高度或挖方深度≤155cm時，路床下部44cm厚換填4%的水泥土處理，路床上部36cm厚換填6%水泥土處理。

In order to ensure that the CBR value and compactness within the thickness range of the roadbed meet the specification requirements, the 36cm thick upper part of the roadbed of the whole line is treated with 6% cement soil. 1、冷再生施工租賃場地準備

1. Preparation of rental site for cold regeneration construction

（1）直接填筑的路基基底，施工前必須通過審查簽證；需要進行地基處理的基底必須完成各項處理，并滿足地基處理的要求。

(1) The subgrade base directly filled must pass the examination and visa before construction; For the base requiring foundation treatment, various treatments must be completed and meet the requirements of foundation treatment.

（2）場地應該保證足夠的平整度，滿足設備、人員進場要求。

(2) The site shall ensure sufficient flatness to meet the mobilization requirements of equipment and personnel.

（3）做好場地的臨時排水和防雨措施。按照施工運量和施工機械的大荷載修筑施工便道。

2、技術準備

做好相關人員的技術培訓和技術交底工作,使參加施工的全體人員充分認識高速鐵路路基填筑的關鍵技術、質(zhì)量控制要點。

3、勞動力、機械設備配置

人員、機械設備應根據(jù)施工方案組合工期要求進行合理的配置。路堤填筑區(qū)為一個完整的作業(yè)區(qū)，每個作業(yè)區(qū)人員配置：施工隊長1名，領工員2名，指揮卸土位置人員2名，測量及試驗檢測人員4～6人，其他機械工、普工20～30人。

根據(jù)施工需要，每個作業(yè)面配備反鏟挖掘機一臺、宣化-140推土機一臺、YZ-22振動壓路機兩臺、天工-160平地機一臺，徐工-230灰土拌和機，自卸運輸車6輛，撒水車一臺備用。當運距較遠時，自卸車的數(shù)量可適當增加
